A refurbished TV is a unit returned to the manufacturer or retailer that has been professionally inspected, tested and restored to full working order. At Smart Clear Vision every TV is graded A, B or C based on the cosmetic condition of the casing, with the screen and electronics fully tested before sale. All TVs come with our 90-day warranty.

What is the difference between Grade A, B and C refurbished TVs?

Grade A means as-new condition with no visible marks. Grade B has minor cosmetic marks on the casing or stand that do not affect the screen. Grade C has heavier cosmetic marks but is fully functional with a perfect screen. The grade only refers to the casing - all screens are tested and pixel-perfect.

How long does delivery take?

UK mainland delivery is free and takes 1 to 5 working days. We dispatch from our Lichfield warehouse Monday to Friday and offer next-working-day delivery on most TVs ordered before noon.

Can I return a refurbished TV?

Yes. You have 30 days to return any TV for a full refund, plus the 90-day warranty for any technical fault. Returns are by mail or collection depending on the size of the TV.
