What does refurbished TV mean?

A refurbished TV is a unit returned to the manufacturer or retailer that has been professionally inspected, tested and restored to full working order. At Smart Clear Vision every TV is graded A, B or C based on the cosmetic condition of the casing, with the screen and electronics fully tested before sale. All TVs come with our 90-day warranty.

What is the difference between Grade A, B and C refurbished TVs?

Grade A means as-new condition with no visible marks. Grade B has minor cosmetic marks on the casing or stand that do not affect the screen. Grade C has heavier cosmetic marks but is fully functional with a perfect screen. The grade only refers to the casing - all screens are tested and pixel-perfect.

How long is the warranty on Smart Clear Vision TVs?

Every refurbished TV from Smart Clear Vision comes with a 90-day warranty covering the screen and internal electronics. We have shipped over 12,000 TVs with a 4.7 / 5 average rating across our reviews.

How long does delivery take?

UK mainland delivery is free and takes 1 to 5 working days. We dispatch from our Lichfield warehouse Monday to Friday and offer next-working-day delivery on most TVs ordered before noon.

Can I return a refurbished TV?

Yes. You have 30 days to return any TV for a full refund, plus the 90-day warranty for any technical fault. Returns are by mail or collection depending on the size of the TV.

Do you sell Samsung, LG and Sony refurbished TVs?

Yes. We stock refurbished Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense, TCL, Toshiba, Panasonic, Bush and Cello TVs in sizes from 32 inch up to 85 inch including 4K, QLED, OLED and Smart TVs. Stock changes daily as units are graded and tested.
