What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP £). We are a UK-based business located in Lichfield, Staffordshire, and only ship within the UK.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 3–5 working days across England, Scotland and Wales. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands) may take a little longer. Our delivery team will contact you on the day of delivery with a time window.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also visit Track Your Order and enter your tracking code.

What does "Grade A", "Grade B", and "Grade C" mean?

Grade A: Near-perfect condition. Minimal or no cosmetic marks. Fully tested and working. May include original packaging and accessories.
Grade B: Good condition with minor cosmetic marks (small scratches or scuffs) that don't affect picture quality. Fully tested and working.
Grade C: Fair condition with visible cosmetic marks. Screen is fully functional with no display defects. Best value option.

All grades are electrically tested, cleaned, and come with a 90-day warranty. "No Stand" (NS) variants include the TV without feet — ideal for wall-mounting.

What warranty do you offer?

Every product comes with a 90-day warranty as standard. This covers any electrical faults or defects. If your TV develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a return for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition as received. If you change your mind after we've shipped, you are liable for return shipping costs. Email info@smartclearvision.co.uk with your order number to start a return.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once dispatched, you'll need to wait for delivery and then arrange a return. Contact us as soon as possible at info@smartclearvision.co.uk.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.

Can I collect my TV in person?

We're not a retail shop, but collection is available from our warehouse in Lichfield, Staffordshire (WS14 0BX) by arrangement. Contact us to arrange a collection time.

Are your TVs tested before sale?

Yes — every TV is fully electrically tested before listing. We check the panel for dead pixels, backlight issues, and connectivity. Grades reflect cosmetic condition only — all TVs are fully working.

Do you sell spare parts?

Yes — we stock a wide range of genuine spare parts for Samsung, LG, Sony and other brands. Power boards, T-Con boards, LED strips, remote controls and more. Search our shop by model number or browse the Spare Parts collection.
